Touchstone is regulalrly
used by statutory and voluntary organisations and as a contact point
for churches and other faith groups, who in turn use us as a signpost
to other organisations.
Bradford
Met Congregations
Over the
last few years Touchstone has edited the ecumenical Bradford Churches
Directory, giving contact details for every congregation known to us
in Bradford Met. We also maintain a list of congregations of other faiths
- Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs etc. This year we have added a list of “Non-Trinitarian
Churches” etc. including groups like Mormons and Jehovah’s Witnesses.
We have upgraded the databases and the speed with which we can access
and amend them. We are happy to receive changes at any time, especially
the appearance or disappearance of congregations that we may not have
spotted. The Churches Directory with both Locality and Names lists is
available for £2.50. Add on 50p per copy for post and packing. Add on
another 50p if you want the other two lists as well. We believe that
this is the most comprehensive map of religion in the District that
has been produced since the 19th century!
